📝 Exchange Guidelines & Sign-Up Info

Sign-up forms are usually released around 2 weeks before the exchange
Due to the limited number of slots available, kindly note that only confirmed participants will be contacted around week prior to the exchange
- If you do not hear from us by then, we truly appreciate your interest and hope to see you apply for the next exchange!

We strive to give everyone a fair opportunity to participate in our exchanges by rotating participants whenever possible. However, please note that selection can also depend on the specific exchange and circumstances, so while we aim to prioritize those who haven't participated before, it may not always be possible.

For paid exchanges, an invoice is sent to the organiser at the end of every month. Hence, the payment will be processed around the middle of the following month.
